with Brigitte Riley and Rosemary Booker

We are both delighted to be collaborating and sharing our teaching expertise once again for this revitalising as well as replenishing summer urban retreat day in Milton Keynes.

We will explore the Summer season and inquire how we can support our health and wellbeing by delving more deeply in to carefully planned yoga practices that promote vitality, health and complete nourishment at this time of the year. Our aim is for you to feel re-inspired, renewed, bright, radiant, happy and the best version of yourself.
