Saturday morning Hot Yoga near Northampton

Hot Yoga is a modern style of yoga – It’s yoga in a heated room.

Our Yoga students are men and women of all ages, from beginners, Sports enthusiasts to experienced yogis.

The way in which hot yoga differs from other forms of yoga is that classes are performed in temperatures 25 – 30 degrees with humidity mimicking the climate of South India where most forms of yoga were originally practiced.
